Home Care Accreditation

Published: Dec 20, 2012

Collective Home Care recently became accredited by the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts.

To become accredited we are required to have high standards relating to:

  • Clients rights
  • Client privacy and complaint procedures
  • Protection against abuse
  • Fair employment practices
  • Caregiver criminal background screening
  • Competency, training and supervision
  • Insurance coverage
  • Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws

We had to submit documentation proving our compliance with each of these standards. The Home Care Alliance inspects these documents for compliance and awards accreditation only to agencies that meet or exceed all standards!

Standards matter when we’re working with a vulnerable population!

What our clients are saying

"A special thank you for the excellent care you gave my husband. Rick was terrific, my husband said over and over how much he enjoyed their conversation and walks. The care he got was nothing short of excellent. In the end, our lives, both Charlie's and mine, were made easier because of the dedication of your very caring group."
