Our Senior Aide Provides a Vital Link of Direct Communications with Familes and Staff in the Homes
Through a Commonwealth Corporation grant six of our most experienced Home Health Aides received additional supervisory and emergency response training. From starting homemaking cases, assisting with on-call coverage, mentoring and supervising new employees these Senior Aides help Collective Home Care maintain our high standards of communication. This additional rung on the career ladder for Home Health Aides is unique to Collective with a training that was developed by Sue Pratt of Tripp Community Care Collaborative.
