With over 100 Home Health Aides, nurses and administrative staff, all focused on the goal of providing the best Home Health Services in the Valley we will be there when your family needs assistance. We love what we do…and it shows!! Here are the folks who work in the administrative team:
Michael Archbald, RN Owner/ Administrator
After my first experiences in service work with an adult mentally retarded population and then with emotionally trouble teenagers I became a registered nurse in 1992. My nursing career has focused primarily on psychiatric care, I believe a solid background for any type of nursing! I joined CHC during our first month of operation in 1999 and I have been the Owner/Administrator since 2004. As a psychiatric nurse I found myself able to help one individual, or in a small group at a time. Now, because of the exceptional group of caregivers we have here at Collective, we help hundreds every day improve their quality of life. I love this work.
Alice Labonte, Administrative Assistant
I’ve been with Collective for five years and really enjoy the administrative side of this work. I started working with elders at the Amherst Nursing Home for close to seven years and absolutely loved it. Then I went into administrative work at a nearby college, “retired” and here I am at Collective. I love it here, the work, the people and plan on being here till I retire, again. 
Aminat Manuel-Oni (Oni), LPN, Field Supervisor
I have been in the healthcare field for over eight years now, and I love what I do. Finding a organization that cares about me as an individual has been a challenge until I found Collective Home Care. CHC is a place where you can find hope, opportunities, and fulfillment.
Cassandra Grady, LPN, Clinical Coordinator
Cassie has many years of experience working with elders, and taught CNA and Home Health Aide classes at Greenfield Community College. Energy? Yeah, she’s got that!
Kathy Hausrath, Director of Home Care Services
Kathy has been with Collective from the start and administratively supervises all the Home Health Aides. Before that she worked at the VNA and had bedside experience at a facility after high school.
Mike Margiotta, Financial Advisor
I came to Collective with over 25 years of diversified financial experience having worked for several large firms. And I also own my own business.
Wendy Phillips, Scheduler
I have been doing this work since 1995, I have been in the office for sometime and have worked on the road previously. I enjoy communicating with the clients and the Home Health Aides.

I have worked for Collective for 4 years. I have had the pleasure of working in the field with our clients and for the past year I have been in the office working with the scheduling team. Prior to working at Collective I was with GE Financial for 8 years and prior to that I worked in Nursing Homes as a CNA. I enjoy working with all of our Home Care Aides and Clients, helping in any way that I can to make their visits go as smooth as possible
