Michael Archbald, RN Owner/ Administrator
As the owner of Collective Michael relies extensively on this team to bring you the best service possible. And for the best service possible we must be both compassionate in the delivery of our care and professional in following best practices. Alice Labonte, Administrative Assistant
For seven years now Alice has been assisting all of us in the office, making sure our supplies are well stocked, while managing the reams of paperwork that come through every week. And I’ve always said: if every organization has a Radar O’Reilly for Collective, it’s Alice! Give her a call if you’re a vendor looking to do business with Collective or have general questions about your service. If Alice doesn’t know the answer, she’ll find you the right person to help!
Meg Ryan
Meg joined us at Collective at the beginning of 2012 as nurse with a clear understanding of the nursing role as patient advocate but also as dedicated compassionate supervisor. If you have any clinical questions about the services you or a loved one is receiving give Meg a call!
Mimi Whitcomb
Mimi is relatively new to Collective, joining us in the fall of 2012, she has an extensive nursing background in community health. She has a level of commitment as an advocate for her patients that make her an excellent match with Collective’s mission. Kathy Hausrath, Director of Home Care Services
Whether you’re looking for services to begin or have questions about the services you are currently getting Kathy is ready to help. She is the supervisor of the scheduling team and the administrative supervisor of the direct care staff. With her extensive two plus decade background in health care in both the state program and in private pay, she can help you and your family get the help and peace of, mind you’re looking for..

I came to Collective with over 25 years of diversified financial experience having worked for several large firms. And I also own my own business.
Wendy Phillips, Scheduler
Many of our clients know Wendy from when she used to provide direct care in the community all around the Valley. She has been involved in homecare for over two decades. A few years ago she came into the office to become a scheduler and at one time or another has probably talked with every person connected to the agency!! If you have questions about your visits give Wendy a call, she’d be happy to help!
Mary Whiston, RN, Clinical Director
As Clinical Director Mary supervises the nursing team at Collective which includes both Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses. Mary and her team also provide clinical supervisor for all direct care staff. With decades of nursing experience, managing a wellness center, working in community health, specializing in geriatrics, and with a Hospice background she is an incredibly valuable resource to Collective. Wendy Cronk, Scheduler
Wendi used to provide direct care in the Franklin County community. A few years ago she came into the office to become a scheduler. She does a great job taking care of the longer shift requests and continuous care cases for both the state and private clients. Got a questions about yours or a loved one’s schedule? For over a year now this compassionate Home Health Aide has provided services in the community while also helping out full time in the office. She is smart and helpful, give her a call and she’ll be happy to help you get the information you’re looking for.
