To improve the quality, visability and availability of Community Health Care Services.
We will accomplish this by:
-Being truthful and honorable in all our interactions
-Being respectful, responsible and supportive in our relationship with all direct care workers
-Maintaining our commitment to high standards of education and training for all employees
-Development of basic standards of practice for private pay services (there are no established standards for services through private agencies in Massachusetts)
-Seeking opportunities to increase community awareness of elder service needs
-Mantaining a commitment to continuous re-evaluation designed to hear every voice, striving for improvement in policies, procedures, the delivery of our services and in how we conduct business
-Networking with community elder care providers with standards of care for elders and respect for home health aides
